OUR POLICIES
DO YOU HAVE A PRODUCT RETURN POLICY?
No, Due to strict food handling regulations, we are unable to refund or exchange your products
DELIVERY METHODS
PICK UP AND DELIVERY
(WITHIN 5KMS )
We offer both pick up and delivery options.
Pick up is available 7 days a week Monday-Sunday.
Delivery is available to people within 5kms of Hamlyn Terrace (Up to 10kms for special requests)
Please Note: Delivery is only available on orders over 12 macarons.
Delivery Costs:
1-2kms - $3
2-5kms - $5
5-10kms - $10
SPECIAL ORDERS
IS THERE ANY COST FOR SPECIAL ORDERS?
For special orders under 30 macaron's there is a $5 charge and this will need to be placed 10-12 days in advance.
For special orders over 30 macaron's there is an $8 charge and this will need to be placed 2-3 weeks prior to the event.
WHAT ARE THE MACARON PACKS THAT YOU OFFER?
6 MACARONS - $18
12 MACARONS - $35
24 MACARONS - $65
DO YOU DO LAST MINUTE ORDERS?
YES (depending on the stock that day! We require 2 hour notice for all last minute orders.
All last minute orders are for pick up only
DO YOU/CAN YOU SEND MACARONS IN THE MAIL?
No, Macaron's need to be kept refrigerated which means they can't be sent in the mail.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY MACARONS?
Macaron's should be kept in the refrigerator as they contain cream.
They can also be stored in the freezer, make sure they are sealed tight individually for freshness.
ALLERGIES?
Macaron's contain dairy and milk products, nuts and eggs.
All macarons are kept in the same refrigerator.

DO YOU CATER FOR LARGE EVENTS?
YES!
For orders over 30 macarons we require 2-3 week notice due to large demand. For all events please email macaronsbymiller@gmail.com with your event enquiry and we will get back to you.
MACARON TOWER ENQUIRIES
If you would like to order a macaron tower please order 1 month prior.
We don't keep the towers on hand and they need to be ordered in.
There is a 50% deposit required for a macaron tower.
The 2 options are 6 Tier and 10 Tier.
